Brooke Elizabeth Burns born 16 March 1978, is an American television and model. Burns started her career with television in the year 1995. She was playing the character Peg in the role of a support in the Spanish American comedy for teenagers Out of the Blue (from 1995-1996). Burns was a member of the Baywatch group in 1998. Then, she appeared on Baywatch: Hawaii's second Baywatch: Hawaii version until her pregnancy caused her to leave the series. Brooke Elizabeth Burns, an American actress and fitness model who is also a television personality, is best known for her role as Jessie Owens from the drama Baywatch. The most famous of her roles was 2001 for the highly successful commercial movie Shallow Hal.
